Morning Yoga (Hatha/Flow)
Great to start with this Morning Yoga to welcome your day! This class progresses from gentle to we-mean-business. We will definitely get you on a right start.
YinYang Yoga
A combination of muscle strengthening yoga workout with total relaxation at the end of the hour. Yang yoga stretches your body actively; while yin yoga holds poses longer with relaxation and stretches body passively.
Noon Yoga
Just yoga! Come and enjoy a free-style yoga at lunch time! It could be a flow, yin or both!
Power Athletic Vinyasa Yoga
Dynamic Power style of yoga to rejunvenate your energy after a long day at work. Be prepared to sweat!
Family Fun Yoga with Makki

iRest Yoga Nidra with Heather (Pre-registration required)
A guided meditative practice of internal inquiry that may calm the nervous system and promote emotional, physical and spiritual well being. An one hour practice is equal to four hours of real time sleep. Please register early. Space limited! Click HERE for more info.
Hatha Flow
A fun-filled flow-y 75-minute with conscious breath work and movement awareness.
Qi Gong Level One (Jun 10); Level Two (TBA)
Qi(Chi) means “life energy” and Gong(Kung) means “cultivation”. You learn how to cultivate life energy through an active form of whole body movement. This practice is a combination of relaxation, meditation, deep breathing, visualization and body stretching. If you want to be relaxed from head to toes, from outward towards inward, feel energized, improve balance, maintain an emotional and physical fitness and to gain some practical tips in addressing chronic pain. Restorative Yoga
A very relaxing practice using your own body weight and gravity to help gradually restore your body to the original state which nature intended. Classes will be done mostly laying down and sitting down.
Vinyasa-Flow-Core
Characterized by a flow of dynamic connecting postures that link the breath to the movement.This class creates heat in the body, leading to purification through in creased circulation. Vinyasa yoga improves flexibility as well as tendon and muscle strength. The abs portion promotes strength in the core.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is known as "the Yoga of awareness". It consists of active and passive asanas and movement, pranayama, mantra, and meditations which target the whole body system (muscular, circulatory, nervous, glandular systems, mental faculties, energy/chakras) to develop awareness, consciousness and spiritual strength. Kundalini yoga is a powerful practice with immediate and long-lasting effects, both obvious and subtle. This class is challenging, but is suitable for beginning practitioners.
